April 26 (Reuters) - Bergs Timber publ AB  BRGb.ST : 
    * Has signed a letter of intent regarding the acquisition of 
all shares in Jarl Timber AB from Norvik Hf 
    * Deal is made on debt free basis and payment will be paid 
in newly issued shares of Bergs Timber issued at 2.30 Swedish 
crowns per share
